GENERAL
Raceweek Online's Fantasy Racing Challenge (the "Contest") is an online racing game and is free to play. Raceweek Online's Fantasy Racing Challenge is not affiliated with nor endorsed by NASCAR. This Contest is a game of skill designed to test one's ability to predict the performance of various drivers in competition with other entrants. From all eligible entries received, winners will be determined based on their ability to use their skill and knowledge of auto racing and related rules to accumulate the most points in accordance with the Scoring System as described below and these Official Rules. This Contest is provided solely for entertainment purposes and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest shall coincide with the auto races (each a separate "Race") scheduled to begin Sunday, February 17, 2008 and conclude on Sunday, November 16, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). The Contest consists of accumulating Points (as described below) based on a comparison of the entrant's predictions of how individual drivers will perform in the Race and the official results.
ADMINISTRATION
This Contest is administered by GameDay Productions. (the "Contest Administrators") for and on behalf of Raceweek Online (the "Contest Sponsors"). All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final and binding in all matters as they relate to this Contest. Raceweek Online is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by any official auto racing governing body or organization.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of the United States of America age 18 and over, except where prohibited by law and/or in those jurisdictions where licensing is required. The Contest is not open to employees and representatives of GameDay Prodctions, or the Contest Sponsor including their respective subsidiaries, sponsors, promotional agencies and members of the immediate families of such employees or representatives and persons with whom such employees and representatives are domiciled.
HOW TO ENTER
No Purchase Necessary to Enter. You can enter and play the Contest online by following the directions and fully completing the online weekly picks form ("Make My Driver Picks") located at http://www.raceweekonline.com/fantasy.aspx. You are required to register for RaceWeekOnline.com only once to participate during the entire Contest period. The registration username and password also allow you full access to raceweekonline and also allow you to log into the forums to chat with other race enthusiasts. Weekly Driver Picks must be completed thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled race start time, as described below. There is a limit of one entry per person and/or email address in this Contest.
WEEKLY ENTRY DEADLINES
To be eligible to accumulate scores for Raceweek Online's Fantasy Racing Challenge, you must submit your selections thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled race start time for that given race. Only Entry Forms that are submitted and confirmed thirty (30) minutes before the race start time will be accepted and count towards the Contest. Weekly Picks will not be accepted after the Entry Deadline. PLEASE NOTE: In the event that a race should start prior to the posted Weekly Entry Deadline, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to change such Entry Deadline to reflect the earlier start time by posting such change in the Contest Area.

"Raceweek Online's Fantasy Racing"
Select six (6) drivers: Select your "team" of six (6) individual drivers, one (1) from each of the six groups provided on the Raceweek Online's Fantasy Racing official driver picks form. The field will include approximately 36 drivers but the number may vary from group to group. In each case, you are choosing the driver whom you think will finish highest in that given Race.
Official Drivers: Select six (6) drivers as described above, before the Weekly Picks Deadline (see "Weekly Entry Deadline Schedule" above). You may change any or all of your selections before the Weekly Entry Deadline, but the last changes you submit, which are accepted and confirmed, are your six (6) Official Drivers for that given Race.

SCORING SYSTEM
Official Drivers: Official Drivers are the last ones you submit and are confirmed before the Weekly Entry Deadline. An entrant's score will be based on the actual cumulative total of the individual scores of their six (6) Official Drivers. The entrant's score will be tabulated at the end of that given Race based upon a comparison with the official results of the race and in accordance with the Fantasy Points scoring system below. These individual scores will then be added together to make up an entrant's official score for that given Race. For the purposes of this contest the higher the score is the better one.

::PRIZES::
A. Monthly Prize Periods
There will be a total of ten (10) Monthly prize periods (see Schedule of Monthly Prize Periods below). The Monthly Winner is the one (1) entrant with the most number of Fantasy Points at the conclusion of that given Monthly prize period, ranked from most number of Fantasy Points to least in accordance with the Scoring System and these official rules.

Tiebreakers In the event that two or more entrants are tied for a Monthly prize, tiebreakers will be used in the following order until all ties are broken: The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #1 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #2 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #3 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #4 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #5 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who accumulated the most number of Fantasy Points from all Driver #6 selections submitted in all Races during that given Monthly Prize Period; The entrant who submitted his initial Weekly Entry Form on the earliest date and time according to the Contest database entry log.
B. Overall Grand Prize Winner
There will be one (1) Overall Grand Prize Winner based upon the results of the Month 10 - Monthly Prize Period. PLEASE NOTE: Only the nine (9) previous Monthly prize winners are eligible for the Month 10 prize period. In the event of a multiple Monthly Prize winner(s), the first runnerup in that given Monthly Prize Period will be declared the winner and thereby become eligible for the Month 10 Prize Period.
PRIZES

1st Place (Months 1-9): $250 USD.
B. Overall Grand Prize (Month 10): $5,000 USD.

STANDINGS AND UPDATES
Results will be posted online on the day after each Race In the event there is a discrepancy please notify the contest operator at the following e-mail address: fantasy@raceweekonline.com within one week. Otherwise, it will be assumed the standings are correct. The Contest Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential Contest prizewinners within seven (7) days (the "Winner Contact Period") after the applicable Results Date by e-mail or telephone. In the event that a potential Contest prize winner is disqualified from eligibility or cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsor within the Winner Contact Period, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to choose another potential Contest prize winner who has accumulated the next highest total number of Points, whom they shall attempt to contact, and who shall be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. The Contest Sponsor shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in connection with the disqualification of failure to contact a potential winner within the Winner Contact Period.
::TERMS AND CONDITIONS::
GENERAL
If for any reason in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond their control, Contest Sponsors reserve the right at any time without prior notice to withdraw, cancel, terminate, amend, modify or suspend the Contest, including canceling any method of entry, and selecting a winner from previously received eligible entries. The Contest Sponsor reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to modify the Official Rules of this Contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. All decisions of the Contest Sponsor with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, will be final and binding.
NO LIABILITY
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. The Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail or email or any computer errors or malfunctions. Contest Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. Contest Sponsors also do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software (including on account of traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website) or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Contest Sponsors at their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel the Contest. Contest Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest including any injury or damage to an entrant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, relating to or resulting from the participation or downloading of any materials in this Contest.
PRIZES
The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the prognostication skills of the entrants. Contest Sponsors and their affiliates extend absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of any prizes and accept no liability arising in respect of such prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. Non-Cash prizes (if any) are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute a prize in whole or in part for a prize of equal or greater monetary value, in the event that any component of a prize is unavailable. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to add additional prizes on a month-to-month basis at Contest Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all federal, provincial and local taxes levied on the prizes. Prizes will be mailed to the winners via registered mail.
All potential contest winners will be notified by either email or telephone using the information provided during the registration process. Potential contest winners will have seven (7) days to respond to the contest sponsor's notification in order claim their prize (the "Winner Contact Period"). In the event that a potential contest winner is not confirmed by the Contest sponsors within the Winner Contact Period, then the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to choose another potential Contest prizewinner from eligible participants using the established rules governing the contest.
SKILL TESTING QUESTION AND RELEASE
All potential winners of any of the prizes available to be won in this Contest will be contacted by email or telephone and, notwithstanding anything in these Official Rules, before being declared an official winner, will be required to: (i) correctly answer, unaided, a time- limited, mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered by telephone, and (ii) sign and return within forty-eight (48) hours a standard declaration and release form stating that he/she has read, understood and complied with these Official Rules, grants all consents required as contemplated in these Official Rules, is eligible for and accepts the prize as offered, and releases the Contest Sponsors and their respective affiliates and each of the directors, officers and employees thereof from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the entrant's participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize.
